Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients:

1 baguette

small container kalamata olivea

full log goat cheese (plain or herb covered)

4 cloves garlic

4 sprigs rosemary

very large drizzle olive oil

Directions:

Chop goat cheese into 1/3 inch thick circles

Place on serving dish

Slice olives in half (remove pits) and place on and around cheese

Slice garlic cloves into quarters and place on and around cheese

Remove a bunch of rosemary leaves and put on and around cheese

Cover in olive oil so that they are in a shallow puddle

Slice baguette and serve
