Clean Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

1 medium sized, ripe peeled banana

1 whole medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped

8-10 dates

2 eggs

1 cup almond butter

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375 F

Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend on high for approx. 2 minutes to form a nice batter.

Fill your cupcake liners 3/4 full.

Place in the oven and bake for 15 – 18 minutes. (Check after 15 minutes. The tops should be firmer to the touch, puffed up similar to a souffle. They may need 18 minutes.)

Note! For mini muffins, this makes 24 and cook for only 12 minutes.
