Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup mayo
juiced half lemon
pinch of each salt and pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dijon
a few drops hot sauce (franks usually)
1 clove, crushed in garlic press garlic
1/2 cup, finely grated parmigiano reggiano
Directions:
Make sure balsamic isn’t too sweet, high quality but has a good vinegar bite to it
