Ingredients:
1 whole, chopped into small chunks cucumber
1-2, finely sliced green onion
2, chopped into small chunks avocados
2 tbsp mayo
1, juiced lime
to taste salt
to taste hot sauce
to garnish cilantro, chopped
Directions:
gently toss all cut up veggies, can also add in cilantro at this point
whisk mayo, lime, salt and hot sauce with a fork and dress salad immediately before serving
